I checked it with Stockfish and the correct move is g5, white Queen has to go to f5 and after a long tactic black ends up winning white's Queen. Not easy to see

according to droidfish g5 plus 5 points for black in the first instance Nieman checked to h2 understandably tactical for.human move but eroded his advantage evaluation dropped admittedly its difficult to see even hurts for the eyes exposing your king to check along h8 diagonal

Yep that’s probably the cleanest win, but really everything wins for White. gf gf and even Kc5 seems playable. f4 Kb5 f3 Ne7 f2, Nd5+ followed by Ne3, and White’s idea is to play a7 with the King on b6 at the right moment, and force Ka8, and then play Nd5, f1=Q and Nc7# although this is extremely unnecessary for White to do

Hancels always use the flawed argument that because Hans is staying around 2700 OTB, it must mean he never cheated OTB. Hans was indisputably an extremely good online blitz player. Does that prove Hans never cheated online? So why would you think the fact Hans became decent OTB, that means he never cheated OTB? It’s the exact same modus operandi. Hans selectively cheated to get better invites, better results, sustain rating, and get to play better players. Post Sinquefield, Hans has not demonstrated the same stunning Stockfish level play. Where are all the incredible, incomprehensible Stockfish sequences and Stockfish games? Where is the play that Fabiano Caruana, who has analyzed thousands of games, called “alien” and “beyond my level?”
@maicolc7216
@maicolc7216 Год назад
I was watching a fairly recent interview of Fabi, in the C squared podcast, and it had nothing to do with hans, but he started talking about cheating, and he said he can tell, particularly in the endgame, and based on how stressed his opponent is, and based on intuition. Exactly how Magnus knew
@guibaterasoad
@guibaterasoad Год назад
Another thing that you should factor in is the stress caused by the cheating allegations and the lawsuit. I imagine that Hans saw his world falling apart after the accusations and all the online mockery. On top of that, the lawsuit probably takes a lot of his time. I think that Magnus got his ego hurt after playing so bad and this is why he came up with the accusations. Hikaro jumped on the boat. These type of career ending accusations should not be done by top players without definitive evidence. I hope to see both paying heavy for what they did.

@@tirteo Hey man the chess speaks for itself. You cant nitpick a young player's draw against a lower rated opponent either..
@tirteo
@tirteo Год назад
Ok, let's be clear. This Hans Niemann is the same that totally dominated Magnus Carlsen while playing the black pieces in an opening Magnus had never played before. This is the same Hans Niemann who repeatedly show a 100% coincidence with computer moves on classical tournament. This is the same guy whose results skyrocketed on tournaments that were live streamed and whose performance was amazingly poor on non streamed tournaments. This is the same guy we've seen blundering again and again, not preventing fairly easy moves from his opponents (at least easy for a +2700). And regarding the young Chinese talent, I'm sure he'll soon be a great player, but, please, he's 2335 right now. Yes he's +70 in this tournament, but it's also true that in his last tournament he vas +5 and drew with a 2079. By the way, he's 15, he's not 7 or 8. He's quite mature. So trying to justify Hans' loss with the white pieces vs a 2335 opponent by saying that this young guy is a genius, a +2600 in disguise is not true.

Lol, if hans beat magnus without any form of cheating then hans should be able to win in this game in classical regardless of human ratings. He uses engine preparation then struggles to play accurately = Verified Cheater And in magnus vs hans Niemann games he didn't play any brilliant move. For me he is quilty of cheating (any form, every nanoparticles within the proximity of him) until proven innocent, that is how we judge in Japan.

@jolly_roger2
@jolly_roger2 Год назад
People are so stupid sometimes, the only winning path for Niemann was g5! before Qh2+ but the line is incredibly deep and hard to see and obviously Qh2+ first is so tempting and looks winning to be honest if you don't have an engine. In general if anything, Hans is proving he has the ability to be a 2700, so many open tournaments and still maintain the same rating is very impressive. The guys that only play closed tournaments would drop a lot of rating if they countinously played open tournaments. Certainly doesn't look like Hans cheated OTB vs Magnus, regardless of how many times he did online. Unless he somehow found out about Magnus prep that day and there's proof, I've always thought the accusation painted a very bad picture of Magnus, lost respect for him.
