Take it from a Gator. You guys aren't paying attention. Its time for me to take you all to school. 1. Tennessee is light years ahead of Florida. That hurts me to say that, but it is true. 2. Either Tennessee is not as good as you guys thought they were, or you missed something that is an automatic that most people miss. Especially those who are offensive minded. This is what most miss. Tennessee is one of the best offensive teams in the country but the problem is this. Every good defense, we'll coached Defense, or a Defense that is disciplined will always, i repeat, always make any offense, no matter how good, look lethargic or look out of sync. This is what Tennessee faced their last two games. 3. Brent Vendibles Defensive guru. Then you deal with an Arkansas team that is well coached. So we'll coached that they just might be the best coached team in America. Sam Pittman was smart when he brought in Bobby Patrino. And people as if Arkansas is now surprising? Then, hotly becoming a very hot coach is their young Defensive Coordinator in Travi Williams. My point is that Arkansas is a lot better that what people think. They actually should have been undefeated coming into the UT game. They are well coached but they are very young and they were making young player mistakes. Unfortunately for Tennessee, those mistakes disappeared. 4. Billy Napier. That was one of the best games he has had since he came to Florida. Ahh, UCF ain't Tennessee. I love my Gators but our Defensive front 4 get pushed around. This is what UCF was a shocker in how well Florida stopped the run. Nothing against Malzones offense because I actually love it but UCF is a glorified high school Wing T. We are supposed to stop that. 5. Mistakes. Both teams mae a lot of stupid mistakes, blown coverages, bad angles, bad tackling. 6. Bottom line. I bleed Gator orange blue, but i would be highly shocked if Napier can call a good game like he did last week. 7. This is the SEC where anything can happen. Then you add in Florida vs Tennessee? We all know what is on paper. That crap goes out the window for this game. I just think Tennessee will be more focused. That Arkansas game my have been a blessing in disguise. Tennessee looking for Bama and Florida sneaks in on them. Nah,not anymore. I'm just anxious to see how Florida plays. Great take on the game guys. Hey bud, we hate you too!!! Lmbo Great show guys.

@johngolden4468 Yeah, I get that a lot. Even though I'm a diehard Gator, I'm also an X's and O's type of guy. I think too many people who do commentary are too biased. Granted, we all have some biases, but a lot of times, those biases can make us overlook certain aspects of the game itself. Football is a game of matchups. It always has been, and it always will be. This is one huge reason why I have never really been a fan of rankings, and I'm a huge fan of expanding the Playoff. Just because Tennessee lost to Arkansas doesn't mean that they aren't one of the top teams in college football. In my personal opinion, Tennessee is one of the top 3 teams in the country. I think they are more complete than both Bama and Georgia. As far as Texas is concerned, I really haven't sat down and watched them as of yet. Honestly, the biggest issue that I see with Tennessee is not a player or personnel issue but a play selection or a time issue. What I mean by that is Tennessee has always been known for having speed on the outside and having a dynamic running game. Sure, they can light up a scoreboard, but there is such a thing as scoring too fast. Be more balanced. Slow the game down with running the ball. The reason why is it gives their defense time to rest. This might be one of the best defenses I have seen in Tennessee in many years. Instead of relying on Niko, who is an unbelievable talent, but he's young, and young QBs in the SEC will make mistakes. However, when they are clicking, they are truly clicking. The downside is that this can sometimes wear your defense out. This is what happened in the OU game. It gave Vendibles time more time and eventually they were able to take advantage of a worn down Defense. Does this make sense? I love Heupel as their coach, but it also makes me sick to my stomach as a Gator, considering Heupel's offense is the same offensive set that he ran when he played at OU. I think people overlook the fact that when Bob Stoops left Florida to go to OU, his Offensive Coordinator was Steve Spurrier Jr. Heupel has brought a hybrid of those Fun and Gun Offenses to Tennessee. Just like Florida, they are lighting up the scoreboard but at the same time wearing your defense down. Once Spurrier learned how to slow the game down by actually committing to the running game it changed everything. This is what I think can happen if Tennessee takes my advice. Slow the game down. Honestly, I don't think there are many teams in the country who could beat Tennessee if they can rush for 100 yards. This will make their defenses dominant because this was the adjustment that Spurrier had to make at Florida. His record when he had over 100 yards on the ground was pure insanity. I know Bowden at FSU beat us twice. Bowden at Auburn beat us once. And Fulmer and Cutcliff may have beaten us twice. Honestly, brother, I truly believe if Phil Fulmer and David Cutcliff has this team they are without a doubt in my mind the best team in the country because of the way they controlled a game. That is something that I have no doubt about. Oh yes, I love to hate Tennessee but I have always respected them. One huge reason is because UT has always given Black kids the opportunity to play QB. Tennessee did this when it was not popular. I went to a UT game a few years ago and the way that I saw the fanbase react to Condrich Holloway and the way they treated Tee Martin, I was both proud and humbled. The fact is, I'm not like most college football fans. I can hate on a team but I still will tell it like I see it. I'm a Gator for life but I'm also a Coach and a fan of the sport. There is no shame in saying that your team does not match up here or there. There is no shame in saying that your team got beat because the opposing team dominated here or there. This was what I dislike about most fans. Especially Alabama fans. Just because you get beat doesn't necessarily mean your team messed up or played bad. It's okay to say your team got beaten. As for Florida today? It's a matchup nightmare for Florida. We aren't very strong against the run. Our secondary is okay but we have too many breakdowns. Our Defensive Ends can get pressure from time to time but that Tackle who can just blow a play up? We don't have. Our Offensive line is suspect. We don't elevate the field throwing the ball. We don't spread people out to create mismatches. Napier calls misdirection plays or try to get outside but everyone is so bunched up, it puts no pressure on the Defense. Tennessee will eat that dink and dunk crap alive. However, if Florida does elevate the field and spread out, this will put pressure on the UT Defense. The problem with that is that our Offensive Tackles are facing two or 3 of the best pass rushing D Ends in the SEC if not the country. Florida has the personnel in the skilled positions but is Napier going to throw the ball deeper down the field? As far as our D Coordinator is concerned? I don't know. I honestly don't know what to expect in his game plan. This game could really be close, but if Heupel doesn't slow the game down he will be playing into Florida's hands. And still Napier has to call a good game. I know Florida is good enough to beat UT, but at the end of the day they have more against them than for them. Heupel be balanced and I think UT gets it done. If Heupel is not? Well, I would never bet against my own team. Even when I know that we aren't in good shape. On paper UT by 12. In my heart? Florida by 4. Sorry about the book. As you can tell, I love football. SEC STYLE!!! GO Gators. I would say good luck but it's Florida vs UT. Forget yall. Vols Suck!!! Lmbo
