4th floor par chlana h uske upr 1 floor aur bana hua h which is best inverter or non inverter, and suggest a best ac 4th floor 140 sq.ft room size

I bought the AC today Dealer told me it required a startup code and requires Voltas technicial. I installed the AC and just to check i switched on the AC and its working without a startup code. How its possible? please advise as i did not find anythi g related to this in anywhere.

56 db is too much. Other's brands are offering 50 to 52 db maximum. Daikin, Hitachi and LG db level is low as compared to Voltas .
