Volunteers put a lot of heart into handmade comfort for NICU patients 

A volunteer craft group is putting a lot of heart into handmade comfort for patients in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Tender Loving Cloths (TLC) are volunteer made fabric hearts used to help sooth newborns in the NICU when parents are not available. New parents will cover the cloth in their scent, it is then left with the newborn to improve bonding, to calm them, and support the development of their sensory system.
