Most people don’t slow down for speed breaker and since its a ghat road people will miss the speed breaker at night while driving and hit it pretty hard…that’s why they kept the barricade. Once i asked a person at checkpost, he told me that. Most of the ghat road checkpost have speed breakers!

@@Stealth_Rides I too felt the same. Either it's on the way to Ooty or from Ooty. But this Airavat is on the way to Kodaikanal. I do see a reflection of the board states Kodaikanal in the front. And the barricade states Rajmahal. Rajmahal is a clothing store in Madurai in Tamilnadu. Kodaikanal comes in Dindigul district which is next to Madurai district.
