If the air pressure suddenly falls (drop). Is the parking brake active and there is a warning on the instrument panel. Try to check first, the air pressure in the air tank. whether it really dropped (drop) or just an error in the air pressure sensor only.
@@BiggyFeri This first happened when the truck was started up. The gauges did not respond. On testing, the primary and secondary air tanks there was air but not in other tanks at the rear end of truck. The emergency brake could go up (physically) but no release. Hard (which was hard) press on the block valve seemed to have effect on gauges. The gauges started moving. Second time the truck was driving and suddenly they gauges stopped working. Emergency brake was engaged. But could no longer be disengaged. It started with gauge of tank 2 falling off and coming up when it wanted.
Sorry, if I can just reply ,, Try to check the "4 way protecting valve" which divides air into each system. Is it working normally or not. Also try to check the air line at the rear (Rear Circuit), whether there is an air leak or not.

Can you program the truck that originally has an electric air dryer to a regulate air dryer. I convert it from Electric air dryer to a regular air dryer, how I can set it in the computer so I can remove the "AIR DRYER MALFUNCTION" from the dashboard. It is not affecting the truck just is ON all the time on my dashboard. How can I change the parameter in the Tec tool from ELECTRIC to REGULAR air dryer? Thank you in advance!
Salam volvo, saya mau tanya tentang FM 380 volvo (2009 6x6) no 1: tiba tiba system pembuangan air di filter water separator, tidak mau respon yg di menu . No 2 : wiper tidak berfungsi utk yg interfal, No 3 : lampu kerja yg belakang tidak hidup. ( ke 3 masalah itu terjadi secara bersamaan) No 4 : Lampu rem (brake light) hidup tapi hanya 1 x kedipan di saat rem di injak... Mohon penjelasan 1 per 1 meskipun tidak di waktu yg sama... Untuk no 1. Coba cek fuse no 41, masih aman atau tidak. Trus cek supply voltage yg menuju ke soket kabel pada water separator pada pin no 4, ada atau tidak.
Mau tanyak pak,, angin mobil trak 440 bocor didepan kabin, pas depan supir,, ketika rem tangan dilepas angin cepat habis, gimana cara memprbaikinya,, pak,,?
Cek micro switch yg ada di pedal clutch dan pedal brake bang. Kalo switch nya lepas atau open maka resume gak fungsi. Dan biasanya Engine Brake juga gak fungsi
Volvo gak bisa di jumper2 pak, soket kabel yg didepan sebelah kanan sudah di cek apa belum pak. Ada tegangannya gak di soket depan ( soket warna biru pin nomor 3).
Bisa juga samean check dulu angin yang ada di dalam tangki depan. Apakah tangkinya ngisi atau tidak? Apakah masalahnya di sebabkan kerusakan mekanikal atau elektrical.
