can't say what the brand is but they're very obviously standard fitment on factory rims, not at very low pressure and seem to be the normal kind of either HT or light AT tires found on most SUVs. Think Dunlop Grandtrek AT20, Pirelli Scorpion ATR or similar. You can see them pretty clearly at the start of the video.
off for soft sand or mud. (traction control will apply braking to spinning wheels, but you want and need for the wheels to spin in soft sand and mud) Traction control is for keeping grip on bitumen at higher speeds. Turn it off offroad.
