I am not a car mechanic but I was going to do a complete fluid change on my Volvo XC90 SPA and here is the fifth part of it. If I can do it, I am sure anyone can do it too!
Hi, I bought this kit www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-complete-drivetrain-service-kit-aisin-31256775kt, which came with 1 bottle of Volvo 31367941, and 2 bottles of 75w90. For the Haldex, I used no more than half a bottle. Also for the 75w90, two bottles are more than enough for me to do front transfer case drain and fill twice, and rear diff drain and fill once. Just be careful when you disassemble the Haldex pump, there is small bearing at the end of the motor and may come off when you remove the wire mesh case.
@@eyhpoon Thank You, oil repleace go fine for me. Also 0,5 liter in front and rear boxes. Haldex the same 0,5 liter. Btw. i have also D5 Inscription in the same colour and alloy wheels. Beautiful family car :)
Don't think you can drain the Haldex fluid without removing the pump motor as there is no drain plug. Also removing the motor give us a chance to clean the fine dust that get accumulated.
