VONC MOTION APPLICATION 

Douglas Tomuriesa, Member of Parliament (MP) for Kiriwina-Goodenough Open Electorate and Leader of the Opposition, has submitted an application to the Supreme Court of Justice in Waigani, Papua New Guinea, seeking clarification on various sections of the Constitution. The application pertains to the processing and voting procedures of Motions of No Confidence in the Prime Minister by the National Parliament.
