Vong's Story: Fighting COVID-19 Vaccine Misinformation in Laos [Bru Language] 

Vong’s fourth son lives with a disability. He has limited mobility in his arm, which means physical work is difficult.
“I was afraid when I heard about COVID, I’m afraid my son will catch it,” he says.
Health experts reassured Vong that the vaccine would be safe for his son, and it could offer extra protection for vulnerable people.
“It’s fine and we’re healthy,” Vong says.
Vong is speaking out about vaccine misinformation, as part of the ‘Vaccine safe, access for all’ campaign, which is supported by the Australian Humanitarian Partnership (AHP) COVID-19 Vaccine Support Project.
