After 24 hours of printing, I wanted to share updates as I dial in settings for PETG. At this point, the printer is becoming customized to my own tastes. Some information may vary and not apply to other builds. YMMV.
Printer Hardware:
-Added Raspberry Pi heatsinks
-Added quick disconnects to CAN umbilical and inductive probe wiring
-Added KlipperScreen running on Android 5.1.1 tablet
-Re-tightened fasteners after 24 hour break in and input shaper tests
Tuning:
-Ran all SuperSlicer built-in calibration prints, adjust as necessary
-Ran input shaping and set MZV
-Ran max acceleration test
-Ran pressure advance test
Troubleshooting:
-Reset inadvertent cooling change in SuperSlicer default profile
-Re-flashed CAN bus speed from 500000 to 1000000
Printer Config:
-Modified stealthchop threshold to reduce Z Motor Noise
-Separated macros from main printer config file
-Adjusted NeoPixel color and ordering
Other:
-New filament storage
-Electrical and noise considerations
