Thank you. My 2020 Accord Sport is doing the exact same thing. The noise went away for a few months and now it’s back. I’ll be making an appointment with the dealership asap…
At first I was confused with you going straight into it without an intro. Now I'm thinking it's the perfect way to start a video like this. Thank you for the help!
bro i still use the t480 a i stil love it. its fast enough to do everything. i upgraded to 32gb ram, only issue is SSD upgrade only uses 2 pci-ex lanes instead of 4. which means half speed using m2 ssds. however, still much faster than sata ssd and way faster than hdd. i only have an ac1900 wifi so i didnt need to upgrade my wifi. but yea the 8th gen i5 is powerful enough for me.
I have had a few minor issues like the propane one you mentioned. For enough money the wheel bolts can be tightened with a torque wrench with loctite at the factory. For what you paid, you got a bargain. How much would a Honda cost you with tight bolts.
Was this for personal use, or to resell? I'm just curious as to why you decided to add a smart card reader. Outside of an enterprise or government environment, they're pretty much pointless for everyday users.
I think that comes from china. They got one for 156 bucks. The way they build walls over there is very different than here. They use the metric system i believe not inches etc. each offset can add up during over all length. Need a stud finder and mark the left and right side of it so u know the center. Then mount accordingly after u build the stand. Looks cool tho! They have a FLOOR model if u dont want a floating wall stand
Mine won't set on DFU mode, I don't see it showing up on my computer despite having BOOT0 pin. Is there another way around this ? Maybe via the SD card
THANKS FOR THIS WONDERFUL VIDEO ON THE INTERNALS. IF U COULD HELP ME DECIDE; WHICH IS BETTER FOR BUCK T480 OR X1 CARBON? WHICH SHOULD WE PICK. HOME AND OFFICE USE. THANKS.
Every tech savy individual should built a voron. I self sourced my 2.4 in 2020 and it was a overwhelming experience that brought me in touch with myself like nothing else before 😅
Why do so many people making these sort of videos end up with the same conclusion as this guy. No, you're not buying yourself time, just install linux. Like why do you think so many still daily drive old thinkpads? Do you think they just deal with using windows xp or 7 or something? No, they use linux because linux won't slow down your computer after a year or two and 20 years from now it'll still support it. And this is especially relevant for these t480 thinkpads that are much newer.
What's your recommended Linux daily driver? I just got a ThinkPad P72 and I don't want to install Windows. I want to use it mainly for CTFs and for learning penetration testing, but I also don't want to install Kali on bare metal. Previously, I was doing all of this on an HP laptop with Windows 10 as the host and Kali on VirtualBox, but now that I got a secondary laptop I would Linux as the host. Does virtualization work the same on Linux machines?
@@galloe arch. Yes, I'm that kind of person, but I won't force you. I like arch because you can turn it into whatever you want and pacman is really good. If you don't want to tinker with your os you can go with endeavoros which is basically preconfigured arch, but it's better than manjaro, avoid manjaro at all costs. Another recommendations I have is fedora, it seems like another good distro but I haven't used it on bare metal. What I suggest you do first is research the graphics drivers that are needed for your thinkpad and see how good they'll work. Like I'm not sure about the older models but I know for the newer ones with intel graphics like the t480, the last great thinkpad, they're open source and genuinely good. Amd does the same, but nvidia doesn't and I know there are some older models with nvidia dgpus.
@@vali69 Not a bad idea. If I'm going to be submerged in a Linux environment, might as well learn how to customize a distro from the ground up. I've also heard that more advanced hackers/cybersecurity people use BlackArch, but I think I'm still a long way from getting to that level. In the mean time, I'll take a look a the graphics drivers. Thanks for the suggestions! Btw, I just looked up EndeavourOS and it looks damn beautiful! I might just start with that and work my way into the harder stuff.
@@galloe yeah endeavoros is preconfigured really well. I recommend you go and watch some videos on desktop environments and window managers first, than you can go to a video about configuring one like dwm or hyprland and then research stuff from there like the file manager they use or log in, all on the arch wiki, it's an amazing source for anything linux related, not just arch.
@@vali69 Awesome, thanks for the resources! This looks like a whole project in itself for someone who's just starting with Linux, but if I've learned anything from doing CTFs is that the more you're forced to figure things out the better you learn.
Just got this model and excited to do all kinds of experiments on it. Thank you for the tip on the Jasmine rice. I also found that it turned out a little bit hard when following the water level instructions from the menu for this rice.
Awesome! This is exactly what I was looking for. Time to replace my door speakers, but wanted to swap out the Tweeters as well. QUESTION: Since the Kickers are plug in & play.... Do I need to disconnect the car battery?? Door speakers are getting installed end of this month. I got the Tweeters on hand right now & would like to get them installed ahead of time.
hey man, could you tell me what size tweeters you got . i have a 2018 subaru legacy can not find any information on what the actual SIZES are and dont wanna take off the panels aside from when i have the replacements on hand.
@@brycemiller7664 I spent some time searching online for the actual dimensions for the Kicker Replacement Tweeters= Nada. Nothing. Just keep getting "OEM replacement" and dimensions for the BOX it's shipped in. SMH x 2. But from my research on RU-vid and Subaru Forum links that come up on my Google searches, these Kicker Tweeters should be good to go in regards to SIZES. The only "issue" in size I've seen come up is that mounting holes on the KICKER Tweeter is not perfect alignment for installation. You can get One screw in. Going to use some velcro to hold down the other side as suggested in a post on one of the forums I was checking out. If I had caliper from work I could've provided the actual dimensions. The part number I got: H631SFJ101. Hopefully this helps a little man.
Hey I have a question..I have a tecumseh toro 6.5 hp..replaced with new carb...I mowed whole back yard..now it will start and run for few minutes fires everytime..I adjusted float didn't help the carb new what else can I check
Most of the leaky filters and flooded houses - that I see - are due to knock-off and/or fake water filters sold on Amazon and eBay. Ideally, if you have the time and general mechanical knowledge, you can run an in-line filter under the sink before the waterline gets to the fridge and change that filter every six months and just leave the one on your fridge alone. This will save you money and give you much better water quality.
