Thanks for the video. You think this combo will work? First, connecting an 4" axial inlet fan together with 5" carbon filter. I know it wont work much, due to static pressure being non existing in compare, however, must remove some smell, or? will i just destroy the filter quicker? Secondly some "magical pearls" that works good with ordinary plants, because it absorbs water, and holds the liquid for weeks. But instead of water, then use odor removal fluid, in bawls around the tent. (Might be cool to try out with some freebies lol)
Thanks for the Vid! my question is how is the proper way to clean this bad boy? plenty of dust has accumulated and im a bit OCD with keeping my fans clean.
Hey I really dig how you guys test all products to see were you get the most bang for your buck. I do have a question does the s-line fans come with a speed controller and if not can I purchase one and where would I find one.
Hello, question.. I just bought this vortex fan and am new to all this stuff.. do I need a filter if my air quality is fine? I really don't want to spend anymore money on blowing air from my encased HID light out through flex duct to my return for heat/ac... I don't understand the need in the filter, there's nothing in my house that needs to be filtered to push hot air through a duct.
could i use vortex s-line ultra quiet duct inline fan & ipower GLFILT6M air carbon filter & odor control for personal smoke filter? Thanks for your time
+Craig Browning I'm not too sure what the ipower is rated for since it's not a product we carry. However, any carbon filter will scrub odors out of the air if the right size is bought for a room. That being said a carbon filter would be effective for removing the odors from the smoke, but will not actually remove the smoke from the environment. Hope that helps :)
Growers House hi Nathan ,one more question...if I buy the 6 inch version and use it to evacuate smoke from my cigar room....and my exit hole is only 4 in. Can I still connect the 6in tubing to the 4in air duct leading outdoors ??
I designed an upgraded version of the air duct fan, which can be connected to the network via WiFi, controlled by a mobile phone, and set rules on the mobile phone. The function is very powerful and easy to understand. The temperature and humidity of the fan can be directly operated on the mobile phone. It can also be used for indoor ventilation. I want to invite you to review it. The product is free for you to experience. Take a 1-minute video, you can contact me directly.
I have an innovative version of the fan, which can operate all functions directly through the mobile phone, which is very smart and fast. We would like to invite you to review it, the sample is free. Lazy lazy lazy... Why not hook both of them up to a filter and even a duct silencer like we all would... Then we would really know the noise. Youre blowing rkght at the mic.... Come on bro
