Wow. I just tried this and it definitely works. Now I can actually get things done on my cell phone before that it was a hassle to even turn it on everything was so choppy and slow. Now it's still not a Samsung Galaxy note phone so don't expect it to behave like one but if you try this hack you will have a significantly better performing device that's a promise!!

changing the animations speeds to help save time and battery. 1. watch the vid 2. try it for yourself 3. see if it feels faster and snappier 4. change it back if you don't like it
