Thank you for the he video. IF I make the adjustments will it effect video play on movies or music videos? Is there any downsides to changing it? 1last thing: can I change it back the same way by changing all three to the same number again?

You are so welcome !!!! It is your choice. I think to be safe you can just go back to settings > system > dev options and just toggle that button at the top to OFF...but it is not necessary to turn it off.

If it is only screen locked with a pattern, you can factory reset it. However if it had been locked with Google / Gmail "Find my Device" security, then, yes, unfortunately it is useless. 1. you could be lucky and it could be a temporary glitch 2. you could live around buildings or remote valley or mountains where signal is poor 3. try a network reset on your phone ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TOHS-QGIcEo.html 4. remove battery and sim, wait 2 minutes, re-insert battery and sim and try again. Can you verify if Vortex phone has FM radio? I see from one of your videos that there is an FM radio. Can you check the radio by inserting headset (necessary to serve as antenna) and tune in a few local stations. Then, choose a station that is clear and touch the 3 dots in upper right and choose record. Then record a minute or so of of audio, save the audio, close the FM radio, and then find the recorded audio and listen to it. Does it sound good? If so, can you sell me a Vortex phone cheap? I need a phone that has FM radio with record. I don't care of the screen is a bit cracked. I will only use the phone as FM radio and record the music. I live in central Ohio. Thank you.

Yup. Worked exactly as you described. It saved to the Files icon > Audio. Played back clearly just like listening to the radio live. What I understand is the Vortex phone is one that comes from a financial assistance program from the government. They are free if you qualify. If not, you can buy a new one for under 50$ or used for much less on ebay.

@@JasonClements Yes, they are about $20 including shipping on ebay, I know. I don't want to get the phone through the free gov't program because the phone is way too big for me. I like my little phone. I just want the vortex for home use to record fm radio without using internet/wifi.

@@JasonClements With my government program, here in California, I had to pay $10 as an upgrade. Each state is a bit different with these federal and state programs
