Vote Milton Busby Jr. as Sheriff of Marion County. 

Finding your replacement is the first thing we learned in military leadership school. It's vital to have someone step into the flow of leadership. Smart man! Good Luck, Sir!

No Disrespect, but If I had a choice of the Interviewer or Candidate after watching this interview, I would pick the interviewer. Mr. Busby seems like a very respectful intelligent man but he didn’t have the punch I was looking for. In saying that, thank you for your service!! God bless both of you!!

That's rally behind him, we need him. Lets get them votes out. Drain the swamp

If I could vote he would get my vote because Billy woods needs to go he breaks the law and does not hold his deputies accountable when they break the law or not uphold the law

I do not know if there is a current policy in place regarding MCSO and community interactions. This is an experience I had with the sheriffs office on Water Road. In 2023 I took an Easter basket into that office with treats (I fully understand treats may be thrown away given to current environment) and Thin Blue Line Cross keychains that I spent a couple weeks creating. The receptionist took my info. To this day I do not know if the receptionist threw the basket away or if the deputies got it….I have no idea because I never heard anything back not even a “thank you”. I would be lying if I said that encounter didn’t discourage me a bit from doing another basket to one of the offices because of the time and money I spent on making it wasn’t worthy of a “thank you or the deputies liked it” I have visited several police departments in various states, taking baskets, making masks, going to police sponsored events passing out thank you cards & blue line ducks to officers. It gives me an opportunity to let them know that I appreciate them and not everybody is against LEOs. Out of the last 4-5 years of interacting with departments… Marion County was the first one that made me feel disheartened.

I just don’t see what would change & why would your first priority be to “find someone who can take your place”? When the people would’ve voted for YOU? Honestly curious. I don’t see a problem with the current sheriff & I don’t see what you can bring to the table. So for that reason, I’m out.
