I’ve just wrapped up sampling my Roland D-110 and will be releasing the final sound packs for the Korg Modwave and Wavestate soon! Now, I need YOUR help choosing the next synth to sample from my studio collection. Here are your options:
✨ Korg NX5R (1999)
✨ Yamaha TX7 (desktop version of the DX7)
✨ Korg MS2000 (2000, Korg's first virtual analog)
✨ Korg Karma (Triton-based with Karma & MOSS)
✨ Jen SX1000 (1979 classic mono synth)

I think either the NX5R or Karma make the most sense for sampling; as they were probably tweaked less, their sounds might be more recognisable. In my mind, the other synths are more appropriately resynthesised than sampled.

Thanks for the heart ;-) Hope you read this: I have a problem and maybe you can help me! There are two special performances on the "Wavestation Vst": KLC > "01 m7th Heaven" and KLC > "21 Krashed Loop". I tried to put it to the Wavestate. i looked your tutorial, but my mission failed. Its very difficult! For a possible live gig I need these two sounds in one song. If you have the time and inclination, can you create these sounds as a single patch? One for the Modewave and one for the Wavestate? or both for the Wavestate? For the “Krashed loop” patch I only need the 4th part “Bounce”, just BOUNCE. I would be very grateful to you

me, the second: got the Romcard collection for the wavestation. the klc - performances are not to find
