While he's got good voice training, this one sounds like a high end voice filter, and I only think that because he sounds identical to other male RU-vidrs I've watched who've used voice filters to get roughly the same voice.

TUTORIAL TIME! You gotta get your throat muscles in the right configuration or whatever, and the easiest way to explain it is a little weird but just hear me out. Make a sound like a big dog panting. Now, try to make that same panting sound, but like a little tiny dog. You'll feel the muscles in your throat tighten up. Hold them in that same "posture" and then try talking

For example, my father spoke every bit as eloquently and smoothly as vox, and had zero training. As a matter of fact I can name far more people in my life who speak really well and aren't trained, than those who are
