Discovered VOYAGER by chance watching the Eurovision Australia Decides a couple of months ago on TV. Their performance blew me away! Had to see them - and last week I did! Flew to Perth, stayed a few days, saw the guys and Simone smash it out at the Badlands Bat Cave - THE place to watch this band perform their magic! Already saving up for the next gig - thanks Simone, Danny, Alex, Scott & the ever sweaty Ashley. And Alex, thanks for the pre-show chat too mate.
So HAPPY I found you Voyager! You are my musical dream in all aspects! So incredibly interesting genre mix. And you are all outstanding musicians. I really wish for a bright future for you. The world needs your music! YAAY!
I just recently discover this band while listening to Vola in Spotify. I really like the style and uniqueness they have. Very good job. Greetings from Costa Rica!!
Voyager, discovering your music last year was truly incredible. I’ve been listening to prog for many many years, all the usual prog suspects but there is something about your music that has changed my life. I remember hearing lifeline on Amazon music in my car for the first time and I was absolutely blown away. Thank you Voyager! Much love from the U.K.
Only watched this show now. What an absolute pleasure it was. You guys (and gal) are truly craftspersons of music. I've been bingeing Voyager now for years and never get sick of your music.
Don't know what rock I've been living under to only get to know you with "Colors". Your music and Vola's "Inmazes" have really inspired me to spend more time with music and my instrument again. I feel at least 20 years younger. Guess this is all a musician can ask for when creating music....besides selling millions of records and becoming a billionaire, of course😄. Thank guys and keep the metal flowing! ❤️
"Inmazes"! I had this on loop for 2 days while roofing a house 5 years ago. Being a drummer I was really disappointed when Felix Ewert left the band and I haven't felt as excited by their music since. Voyager on the other hand keeps me happy!
Sorry guys, I got to this party late...was quarantining at my folks place in...Karrinyup!.. .where I also grew up (mind blown!)..Thoroughly enjoyed this amazing show! and wow, the crowd was really going off at the end there!! :)
This is pretty amazing. Kudos for keeping the energy levels up despite not having an in-person audience. Really missing something tho. Its not quite the same as a live Voyager gig when you can't look over your shoulder periodically and see that incredible sound tech of yours wandering the floor with his trusty tablet :-D
I've just discovered Voyager thanks to Eurovision - and now they're my new favourite band :D I've been daring to dream that they might play Bluedot festival in the UK and hearing Carl Sagan makes me hope even harder
Thank you guys!! Yes, more is more, less is simply less. Yngwie said it too, Mozart would agree. If you want to make the dough by catering to the musical dumb down, you will only suffer a huge integrity loss. Love your stuff! Keep up the great work! Been following you since progpower. You have the whole package, Simone's beautiful ear, same with guitar/bass creativity, love the muffled chords. Powerhouse innovative drummer. Superb vocals. Always exciting watching you guys physically celebrating your music too!!!! Watching a statue on stage is just boring. Love you guys! Thank you!
Yeah guys!! That was just what we needed 🥳 Awesomeness, good vibes and a bunch of great sounding tracks very well performed! Thanks 🙏🏻 And man! I really dig your drum style 🥁😁
Hello from Oregon, USA! Thanks to Spotify, I just discovered your amazing band last week. No idea where I've been this whole time, but thanks for inviting me into the party. You are excellent musicians and I'm grateful for this concert. It's been a real shining light in a sea of darkness and uncertainty. Here's to your health, prosperity, and happiness. See you out there some day.
Awesome show! Thanks for posting! Would have loved to hear some more older tunes though like Devil In Me and Morning Light. Maybe next show! I went nuts when I heard the start of Meaning of I!
Imagine if 12 Foot Ninja and Voyager collaborated…. Not sure if the world could handle it…. I’d have to grow extra ears to hear all the cool shit pumping out them amps.
Stop fussing with your gorgeous hair and start headbanging with it 😎 (sorry, not sorry) Just recently discovered you guys when I checked out who is this australian band that will be supporting my beloved VOLA. Great stuff, really looking forward to seing you live soon. Sincerely hope that Covid isn't going to fuck things up again last minute...
Banger show - reading the interviews with Simone in which she talks about her migraines, is her sitting down in this show also a result of this? (still rokcing more than many standing guitar players so who the f cares, but I'm curious)
I need to see you guys again, in Mexico 🇲🇽 this time, the last time was in Denver Colorado opening for “Rapsody of fire” i had the pleasure of meeting each one of you, and you guys stole the show from Rapsody 😅
