VR demo footage - Telemetry Overlay 

I've mostly worked with Insta360 One R and GoPro Max footage (and Fusion, but that's old now). There aren't big differences in terms of quality or workflow. Resolution is slightly higher on the Insta, but with all the geometric transformations that may or may not result in a sharper end result. The GoPro records GPS data on its own while the Insta needs the GPS Remote or an external data source
