Lol I'm a grumpy ass morning person. I do try though lmao. I love morning people though cause it helps encourage me. Lol my oldest daughter has always been a morning person. Yes I panic too! Ooo I never considered a type of food when I did mine lol. Hmmm.... Great video thanks for sharing!

@AntoinetteTarot I drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning. I have horrible migraines and too much caffeine us a trigger but having no caffeine is also a trigger lol. I'm a tea drinker during the day and at night mostly. I love tea
