Welcome back today in our Navratri recipe series; we will learn how to make a Dosa for fast, or Vrat ka Dosa.
You can eat this dosa during Navratri fast, and it is easy to make it at home.
आज इस वीडियो मे हम सीखेंगे की व्रत का डोसा कैसे बनाते हैं | इसे आप खास कर के नवरात्री के व्रत के समय खा सकते है| व्रत का डोसा कैसे बनाए यह पूरी रेसिपी निचे दी गई है जो की बहुत आसान हैं
Dosa Recipe for Navratri
Ingredients for Dosa
====================
1 Cup Sama / Samak
2 tablespoon sabudana
salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 cup chopped coriander
Recipe
======
1. In a grinder, add Sama and Sabudana and grind well.
2. Seive the flour.
3. Premix for dosa is ready.
4. Now in a bowl, add 1 cup premix, 1/2 tablespoon salt, black pepper
Jeera, chopped coriander.
5. Mix well and add 1 1/2 cup water. Let it rest for 10-15 min.
6. On a tava, add the batter as shown. Add little oil or ghee.
7. Dosa is ready when it is brown in color.
8. Serve with Alu and Chutney.
Ingredients for Alu Masala
==========================
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon Jeera
2-3 chopped green chilly
1 tablespoon grated ginger
8-10 Curry leaves
1/4 cup roasted groundnut
coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
3 medium size boiled potato
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe for Alu Masala
======---------------
1. In a pan, heat oil and add Jeera, green chilly, grated ginger, curry
leaves and fry well.
2. Add roasted groundnut, coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Add black pepper, Salt and mashed boiled potato.
4. Increase the stove flame and roast well. Add lemon juice and garnish
with coriander leaves.
5. Chutney is ready
Ingredients for Chutney
=======================
1 cup fresh coconut
4-5 green chilly
Coriander leaves
Salt
1 tablespoon fresh curd
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon hing/asafedita
1 tablespoon jeera
1 red chilly
7-8 curry leaves
Recipe for Chutney
==================
1. In a grinder, add coconut, green chilly, Coriander leaves, salt, curd
and little water. Grind well.
2. In a pan, heat the oil and add hing, Jeera, red chilly, currey leaves.
3. Add this takta to the chutney.
4. Chutney is ready.
