Ei polao ta khete asadharon hoy.Cholun apnader bole di ranna ta ki kore korlam.
Ingredients:
200 gram shama chal,
Carrots, capsicum,
(1 tablespoon coriander seeds and 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, half inches ginger and 1 green chilli ) paste this ingredients,
Cashews and raisins,
3 tablespoon ghee and refined oil,
Salt as per taste,
2/3 tablespoon sugar,
Water,
1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
Process:
Washed the shama rice and soak it for 10 mins.
Chopped the vegetables and wash it properly.
Take a kadai and add 1 tablespoon ghee and 2 tablespoon refined oil into it.
Fry the vegetables in it.
Again add 1 tablespoon ghee and 1 tablespoon refined oil.
Heat it and fry the cashews.
Add the masala paste into it and cook it.
Add the soaked shama rice and cook it well.
Add the fried vegetables and cook it.
Add salt and sugar in it.
Add raisins.
Add 1 and 1/2 glass water.
Cover it for 15 mins.
After 10 mins open it.
Add the fried cashews.
Add 1 tablespoon ghee and 1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
Mix it well. Cover it again.
