Certainly didn't hurt it's performance, but it would be nice to see an apples to apples comp to see the difference. Maybe someone else has a stock built carbon to compare to, either way it a fantastic platform. Sad to say i have been dragging my feet on getting out and making my 1st run, been in the freezing temps overnight, and just not motivated to be in the cold. Victory hobby here has some indoor crawling setup so I plan on getting it on the rocks soon.
Great build! Mine arrives Weds and I was curious about the wheel weights and if they require a high clearance wheel? How do you like the 37% overdrive? Seems like a lot, but it still performs well.
Yea a high clearance 1.9 wheel or a 2.2 work best with the heavy brass, and the OD is a good amount that generally what I run with most of my comp builds
Do you have a link to the front steering link from hardcore rc? I didn't see it on their website. Saw the front axle kit, but not just the steering link.
Great video. What size did you order for the Hardcore RC steering link Thankslength? I’m a little confused by their calculation and have two VRDs that I want to make the steering modification to. Thanks.
