Airfel mobile air conditioner only works on the fan after 15/20 minutes of operation. LE makes it flash on the screen.

The wired controller of the DAikin vrv4 air conditioner is stuck on fan mode. I cannot change it to cold mode even if I press the Modes button. Please help .. Does it need programming?
