I had begun VSED last year and stopped; because, my family members were like, "You didn't need to tell us. Just hurry up and get it over with." I've been chronically suicidal since I was 14 years old and no one took it seriously back then. Now, they just want me to STFU and hurry up. I've been suffering from FSA my entire life. I have autism, Complex PTSD, and MDD. The last two BECAUSE of my family and everyone else in my life scapegoating me, not knowing I have autism. When I was finally diagnosed two years ago, no one would accept the diagnosis; because, that would mean they'd have to face the fact they had been abusing a developmentally disabled person. Now that I'm 63, it appears my Medicare is no longer accepted; because, of QALYs and DALYs and having hereditary chronic pancreatitis and pulmonary fibrosis. No doctors will provide me with services to manage my life-threatening diseases. So, I asked, "Well, could you, at least, give me palliative care?" I was told no; because, it's too expensive. So, it's given to those with employer-based insurance or cash; but, not Medicare? I was angry. It's one thing to choose death for oneself; but, to have your MDs choose a slow, miserable, painful one for you is quite another thing. So, I decided to try to heal myself and live just to spite them. Unfortunately, I continued to be stalked and harassed by my family and decided, "What's the point in fighting it, if everyone wants me dead?" Still, when I decided to go with VSED, I was treated as though I'M the pain in the ass. So, I stopped VSED just to piss my family off as much as they hurt me with their hatefulness. Now, a year later, I wish I had followed through. My entire life has been miserable, is miserable, and I see no reason to believe it will change from being miserable in the future. But, how does one do VSED when living with a caregiver who brings all kinds of yummy food into the home, then pisses me off regularly so that I end up binge eating; because, I can't drink or smoke weed, unless I want to be in horrendous pain because of the pancreatitis or hallucinating super hard because of dissociative seizure activity? I hate my life. Everyone sees me as an inconvenient, burden of a pain in the ass--family, friends, caregiver, extended family. And, I can't get a trauma therapist nor a primary care dr, much less a specialist. Seriously, I've been trying to get a medical and mental health team for 5 years, ever since the family murder/suicide in 1/2019. And, every time I retell my story of how I got here and where I'm at physically and mentally, no one believes me and thinks I'm a drama queen attention whore.

@@willowithywindle Thank you. I'm trying again to pull myself together. I wrote a song right after I made the above post. It's entitled "Alive in Hell". I'm pretty proud of it. It's the best piece I've ever created. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ox9Gxuk5Nps.htmlsi=SeH-AaY-14CYlaGx I started creating music back in March as a way of processing my trauma, both mentally and physically. I'm really pleased with the progress I've made in the past 5 months on the music creation. 😁

I'm so very sorry for your experiences and feelings. Thank you for sharing your story and I certainly hope you can find some peace. Latest research points to meditation as being the best/only therapy that really works and sticks. Try one of the medication aps. 14 minutes every day for 8 weeks and there are significant improvements in mental outlook and decrease of anxiety. I hope you find something that works for you. Surround yourself with positive people and if they don't accept who you really are... move on. BEst wishes. Thanks for watching and keep us in your focus. Is this something that is common for someone to choose to do?

No, not common, but is used by people who want to die quickly but want to do it in an organic / natural way - not by using, MAID (medical aid in dying) Thanks for watching and keep us in your focus.
