After owning a month i love the scooter itself, the extra battery is not worth it. It needs two 350 watt motors and a regen brake with 20 miles range for 500$.Make it look as close as possible to how it looks now and vsett nailed it!
Great insight! When you say, the extra battery isn't worth it, do you mean you only get a few extra miles of range? If so whats your normal range without the extra battery?
Can you clarify whether the front wheel with the motor includes a regen brake (presumably activated simply by releasing the thumb throttle) or does it only have the single rear disc brake? Thank you.
This looks like a great e-scooter, but is it possible to buy the external battery separately? And if so, for how much? Does it have cruise control? Also, what is the water resistance? Depending on the answers, I could consider it the best e-scooter, beating out the Mosquito.
These are all great questions! Currently we sell the scooter with or without the extra battery, but don't offer the option to purchase it alone. The scooter does have cruise control, it triggers after about 10 seconds of holding down the throttle. As for the water resistance, it does not have an official waterproof rating. Thanks for asking!
Bummer. I'd hoped it was a hybrid kick scooter with the battery pack as the optional electric component. This would allow me to bring it to work without objections.

Why would this be better than a vsett 8+ and dualtron mini ? Or even a m365 since you can buy plenty of those and won’t have to worry about ruining it as much.
It's another class of scooter and should be compared with for example e-twow scooters. in 13-14kg weight range. Vsett 8 is 19kg and dual is 24kg. Another weightclass.
Btw I had VSETT8 and now I have e-twow gt sport. Both single motor and e-twow is faster than VSETT8 but VSETT is more comfortable. I still prefer e-twow for it's weight.
Looks at e-twow then. (in this weight class). Gt sport is great and there are even custom dual motor versions from dealers (not official). But is 2x the price for dual.
