Hey hey!! Just wanted to share a praise report with u!! Tomorrow is my 4week post op date and im down 25lbs!! This is so crazy!! I was 242lbs on surgery day and 217 today! Cant wait to hear another update from u and see how things are going. I pray all is well!!😍

Incisions are healing nicely! 😊 Have not added any exercise as of yet. I don’t feel I am getting enough calories to add exercise. I’m afraid that would stall my weightloss since it would probably cause my body to start holding on to whatever it could. I did some research and found that waiting until stabilization stage or later for exercise could be better for weightloss.

Sorry for the delay! I pretty much lived off of mashed potatoes (instant) with unflavored protein powder and also chili! I ate chili pretty much every day. Lol

Sometimes, yes. I am pretty lethargic in general as my body is still adjusting to such fewer calories daily. I do tend to take daily naps or breaks.

Ditto. Im 4 weeks out tomorrow and I get faint feeling often and have just recently stopped taking daily naps but will need to lay down for a sec here and there to feel okay
