You are rocking it man! I am really enjoying hearing about what you are going through. I'm a couple of days from 6 years out, and it takes me back to the beginning of my journey and all the struggles and victories at the start. It's a great reminder to me that the scale wasn't why I did this thing in the first place. Hold that mindset as long as possible.

I focused WAY too much on the scale post-op so I applaud you looking at the NSV's! Much better way to mark the changes!!

I've lost over 100 several times in my life and my shoes float between a 6 at my smallest and an 8 at my heaviest Holy moley!! yes it's a thing!! lol
