It was time for at least a new rear tire.
So I got a REALLY good deal from Canadasmotorcycle.com
on a pair of Kenda tires.
best deal I could find online, and I searched for a LONG time!
Thanks again to the guys at work for their help in mouting up these new skins...
...dickered tire machine didn't work out as planned, as it couldn't fit the wheels. :(
I guess I'll have to balance them at some point...
but we'll see how she rides.

Great video needed to see the spacer that you put in the hub side for some reason when I tightened axle nut crimped tire and wouldn't turn. My spacer just disappeared DAaaa thanks

Stupid question for you when you put the new bushing. In for the rear tire, the small one on the left side. Is it easy to take In-N-Out when you put the new one in or no?

@@NowellHolmes well I started building my bobber like 3 months ago and I documented most of everything but I got a last minute call to drop off my wheels and stuff at the powder coat guy and realized the bearings were still in the wheels so I quickly punched them out and didn't document how the spacers went and couldn't find anything online that showed me the order. But your video was all I needed to get the back wheel back together 🤘

As this video says it could cost over 1000 dollars in repairs if your splines are running dry. They should be lubricated every time that you change your back tyre. Lots of these bikes are running with dry splines and it is like a time bomb you never know when they will strip and leave you on the side of the road. Then it will cost over 1000 dollars in parts and repair time. Just take 20 minutes to lube up the splines and then you will be safe until the next tyre change.

why the bearing change, were they rough, the larger rear bearing isn't cheap

I knew the bike had been sitting for a while, I didn't want to have to pull the wheel off a few weeks from now when the bearings start to show wear... just got er done.

Lmao were a lot a like in the fact it's like you have ADD ,you were like owe look at that look at this out of the blue lmao .its just that we see a lot
