Yeah, just gonna put this here, the majesty that all the Fireflies was battle crying about, Titania, isn’t technically even a ruler….she is engineered being with a sole purpose to lead and also main template for Fireflies clones and the “country” she was leading was just the military force of The Republic of Glamoth. So yeah, not only the Fireflies fight for a ruler that isn’t a ruler, they also die for an Empire that technically doesn’t exist.

Fun fact, the swarm originated from a bug that got so lonely from being alone that it became the Aeon of propagation hence continually replicating/reproducing itself just to not be lonely anymore

Argenti solo'ing what took an entire battalion of Iron Calvary Knights is craazyyyy Jokes aside, I really did not expect Hoyo to make such a gruesome animation. I think this may be my favourite animated short so far.

I'm very much of the thought that the latter part of the animation is not exactly what happened, but metaphor. It's improbable that every single SAM gets their armour blown off and disintegrated, that a tree suddenly blooms out of nowhere to swallow her up to give her strength, or that she takes on the entire swarms quite literally on her own to go on to blow up the planet she's on, to floating through space for a few centuries while naked only to get spotted by Kafka. All in 3 minutes. One could assume that it's more representative of what occured rather than just "this is a thing that literally happened".

I researched Firefly before this animation was posted, and I honestly got the impression that Trailblazer was the one who found Firefly in her Cryopod and recruited her. I guess I was wrong. I was kind of hoping that we would see Stellaron Hunter Trailblazer in this animation. Still, there was something odd about that ending.

Hi Silo, so it happened what I thought, the last battle of Glamoth, yeah so many references to Honkai Impact (or more to EVA mainly), really great animation as always, but yeah really graphic, gruesome and deep, poor Hotaru 😢 figthing for an already lost kingdom and planet, the only part Im not completely sure ismif she destroyed the planet or the planet was already on the verge of colapse and she fought to survive
