Given the budgets and the big Watts of the riders of Ineos and Jumbo, Quickstep did amazingly well loosing only 14 seconds. They have a young lean, climbing orientated team and those boys are all less than 68 kg. Big guns like Asgreen, Cattaneo and Lampaert were not there. With some of these guys they would have beaten Ineos for sure and battled with Visma for the win. Many think it is normal that Quickstep should be top 3 but with this climbers team it is just an amazing result.
