Andreu Casas is universitair docent op de afdeling Communicatiewetenschap van de Faculteit der Sociale Wetenschappen aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Hij onderzoekt onder andere vrijheid van meningsuiting en censuur in de digitale samenleving. Hij houdt zich daarnaast bezig met politieke communicatie, openbare beleidsprocessen en computationele methoden.

Andreu Casas is assistant professor at the Department of Communication Science of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research includes freedom of speech and censorship in the digital society. He also focuses on political communication, public policy processes and computational methods.
