VW Caddy Broken Glow Plug Removal 

At 14:04 it appears that you strip the newly cut threads (on the stuck glow plug) by over tightening the tool with the 12mm spanner, and if so, this procedure is unlikely work......which is probably why you didn't show the broken glow plug removed from the cylinder head?

The pilot drill is to long for that style glow plug the element could fall in the cylinder cheap kit not fit for these glow plugs

Did you not forget to tap the top threads in the head before pulling the lower part of the glow plug out?
