This video demonstrates how to change the cigarette lighter / 12v auxiliary socket / glove box light fuse in a Volkswagen crafter or Mercedes’ sprinter
It may not be fused. Sometimes they are wired directly from the body control module. I’ve had them burn this circuit out before on the sprinters. Maybe a full diagnostic scan as there should be a fault code.
