Hi mate what does it mean when injection quantity is around 2.2 but it supposed to be around 3 to 9 how do i fix it thanks but all 4 injectors are in range reading good
Hi I got vw 1.9tdi 2009 pd engine the I get 24mpg in city drive witch I think it's not right it burn so much fuel the car start the first time every time and idle okay no issue I can get the vcds but what should I look for and what a problem it could be? Could it be camshaft issue as it has got 130k mile on? Or can it be timing bear in mind got no starting or ideal issue How can I check with vcds advice please

Hey. If you wrote your injection quantity numbers, which you have seen in group 13, then you need to restore your injectors. Because the norm condition max can be ±2.8
Hello Andrei, I have the same problem and my car is very slow and very low power response from starting till 2500 rpms. On 2500 rpms I feel power. Did you do anything to resolve this problem? I got info that first injector could be clogged and third is trying to correct him and that's why is also on third so big value in minus. When is value so high in positiv that means that injector does not pull diesel, and when it is in minus it means it is pulling more diesel than needed.
Nermin Milanovic Hello , yes , in my case i sorted the issue with one injector from e-bay and with new seal kit o-rings... :) i replaced 1st injector , that one next to timing belt, good luck!
