Never ever put the air con cleaner through the vents - the wet foam might get in contact with connectors, bare wires etc. Instead of nicely smelling air con you will get non working radio, the whole central panel or even a serious electric fault. Focus on the evaporator only - cover it with foam and let it set. For the best result combine cleaning foam with "grenade" type cleaners - clean the evaporator first and then use a grenade cleaner with a closed air circuit. Ideally try to get a habit of turning just AC off (keep the blower working) every time you're close to home/destination. It helps to dry the system and prevents the mould to build up.
Why did you turn on AC and turn down the temperature to Lo in the end? In another video about desinfection they put the temperature high and AC off in the end.
