I love the OEM look on T4's, that's what made us all fall in love after all. I'm 3 years into a 2002 Velle LWB sedan restoration & keeping it Velle. (It has all the bells & whistles) My daily will get renovated once that's done. It's a standard 2.5TDi SWB van but will be going all camper with suspension lift & army/utility equipment all round. It's great to see other peoples dedication & gives me the urge to get that quality standard that your van has.
We've gone full circle. Now ripping out the rock n roll and having a u shape sofa put in with one end longer to hold the potty and give a fixed bed. Love your style though I need more space.
Amazing Van, You'd be surprised with some knowledge and some emagination what you can achieve by just a van and converting into a campervan,,Well done guys, I like it a lot,...I've retired now I, Wanted a campervan for years, Because of work commitments ,I wouldn't use the campervan as afton as i would like.,,Couple of months ago want out and bought, one,,20yrs old and it's in very good condition, T4. Can't wait to go on my travels,,
Always nice to see t4 content, lovely clean van well done all that was involved in the build, hopefully one day I will come down and show you guys my t4
you all prolly dont give a damn but does someone know a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly forgot the password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
@Magnus Clay i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and Im trying it out now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
The T4 is my favourite model ( I am 57 so should like the older one's better, but practicality with a bit of retro is very important to me personally) I love the colour, and love the pop up roof (extra bedroom) but please can anyone tell me ; the point ,and benefit of lowering the suspension? Some would say it looks better? Possibly! Is handling on this vehicle so bad that it needs lowering? If you are in 'minor off road situation' how does 'lowering 'affect this ???? Cheers dx
@@colinlee5429 I am an engineer and it only looks good if it works and vice-verca. However, once you call it art....well anything goes. I have a Vivaro and that corners really well, stuff falls all over the place way before any limit. So if it a handling thing you must have everything nailed down. Enjoy.
Nice van, are the struts for the tailgate extra strong with having that bike rack attached, I'm assuming the extra weight may have caused an issue with the tailgate staying up, lovely build.
great video, just wondering if those wheels hit the arches when on full steering lock, Mine do if I hit a bump and now the wheel arches are rusting because of it sadly. I own an 888 special and love mine, all kitted out, now I want to do a stitched leatherette dashboard, and seat covers to match as well as carpeted flooring to finish the cab, will you be doing a video on doing a leatherette dashboard cover? would be great if you do.
Omg just A work of Art ...but you tell us about all the Mods ! But don't SHOW us FFS ... We don't want 2 here you go on on about what you did... SHOW US .....
Looks MINT.! Can someone please tell me how to deal with camber, after lowering. I have lowered my T4, 50mm and am chewing out the inside of my tyres every 9months(approx). I am running 235 x 45 x 18. Wheel alignment is sorted but, camber is causing the problem. Any info on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
I have got a late long nose 888 Xpack van that came from factory with 5x120 wheel fitment. With not needing the adaptors and hence the wheels not being moved out, will these wheels fit my van easier?
4 interiors in 7 years, sounds like a disaster. I built my Vivaro 8 years ago and it is fine, all works 200+ nights on. Not a good advert, so what kept going wrong, a money pit of all money pits. Even now it has no practical use at all just a posers day van, lowering a camper just screws everything up. This does nothing for me, sorry lads.
