VW Tiguan 2012 TSI 4motion noise from engine compartment. Clicking noise. Humming, buzzing noise

Engine off. Key is in start position. Very notiacible humming noise reminds me of high voltage electrostation constantly buzzing. Battery discharges fast too. I like to listen to music but i cannot because If I leave the key in start position for 40-60min the battery will be completely drained and engine won't have enough current to start.
What else could this be? Sound better heard under the car next to oil pan. I am sure when engine off there shouldn't be many car components working if any... Would oil pump be working in off engine?
Second noise is from HPFP regulator. Its a mild clicking noise. Almost like a tiny insect looking to mate with someone. Miltimeter showed 8.35V on the plug.
VW is new to me. Car is used and may have problems so I cannot drive it until i figure out what's going on. I order on eBay knock off chinese device (copy of Ross Tech) to diagnose computer. But this will be a week before I get it.

Oil pump is not mechanical? The humming noise may be the coolant circulator - it's purpose is to let the engine cool evenly. This should stop within 5-10 minutes. The fuel rail may be a completely different issue. Sounds like the fuel pump stays on keeping pressure?

I decided it's normal. Broken MotorWagon mentioned coolant circulator. However, why circulator works in key 2nd position when engine is cold is very odd to me. I do know my new car battery loose all power in about 1 week while connected to the car. Just sitting idle it can discharge it to nothing. I think there is a shortage in wiring that causes all this, therefore makes pump working unnecessary. However, I never done anything about it as this car mostly dormant for me. Too many electronics there is no way to diagnose it.

These are direct injection engines, meaning the injector is built into the cylinder not the head. Because of that fuel doesn't wash over the valves and they start to get built up with carbon. Intake removal and wall nut blasting is usually the solution. Second possibility is the timing tensioners in models 2013 and under had notoriously bad timing tensioners. Have them checked if not they can fail and cause the engine to be toast

I have exact same problem on my tiguan 2009 4cyl, and I have error p2015 and p0328 on my car for long, couldn’t get it fixed with replaced intake manifold and flap sensor
