Hi, thank you for the helpful video. on my console , it's the center 3 position switch that don't work. Can that be fixed aside of replacing the whole unit ? Thank you.

Hello Lyn, I was able to replace the rear seat reading lights. It does not come off because it is hooked by 3 metal hooks. They are located in the upper, lower and left center. You need to push in and it will come off. Hope this helps.
