I like the idea of side pull extraction but that is a lot of Velcro and unfolding if you are under stress, down to one hand or barley conscience.

I would've liked to see how it looks filled with med supplies. It may have a lot of space to attach stuff, but most IFAKS are ungodly bulky once shoved back into the sleeve. That's my biggest issue with the Blue Force Gear ones. They look cool until you actually put stuff in it. Then it turns into a burrito.

I think the insert is reversible so it engages the loop? Try it, I'm curious.
