Prince of Babylon But its accurate. A star that massive would not be nice and round. The outer laters are essentially a hot vacuum. The depiction in this game is actually being generous.
hey anton, i know you probably wont see this but id like to thank you for sharing knowledge and joy deeply. you really make my day sometimes. from the bottom of my heart thanks :).
Excuse me but u gave temp of planet no. 1 in degrees K then no. 2 in degrees C. Any reason? All u physicists probably think silly question. Love all your explanations....thank you.
Can you do a video on if the stars Eta Carine, Chi Cygni and Pistol were placed where our sun is. One at a time, but all in one video. I'm just curious
Hi Anton, can you make video of universe sandbox 2 or space engine about Iron Star(star that formed around 10^1500 years from now when light nuclei of ordinary matter fuse into Iron-56 nuclei via Quantum Tunnelling)?
I just came across ur video and have to ask what is space engine? Is it a program u can download or buy and is it accurate to what we have listed as discovered ? I am looking for a program that u can look thorough known universe n see what has been documented so far. This looks awesome
I went to that star in space engine. In my space engine, it only had 6 planets, and none of them like the ones you have. So even procedral generation is different on other peoples space engine I guess.
"A very comfortable 42 degrees Celsius." That's roughly 107-108 Fahrenheit! While livable, as evidenced by states like Arizona and New Mexico, that's still very hot. In the previous examples, especially in Arizona, winter temperatures often approach 40F, so that planet better have an elliptical orbit.
His videos are amazing and he is also a beautiful person as well! That being said - this video is confusing because he moves from object to object and describing their visuals, facts, e.g., moons and mass, but then he does not give their names when not referring to Canis Majoris. The assumption is we know. Only time he has done this haha - otherwise - love this guy and subscribe and like haha! Space Engine can also be found on Steam. Does anyone know if this can be downloaded in other places ?
Wow. I hear it takes 7 hours for light to travel the actual star itself. Is that true? Also I heard at 900 miles an hour it would take a plane 1100 years to circle it? Is that true?
So it is not impossible for this star to have a living planet around it considered the goldilock zone where everything is just right like our own Earth could you imagine living on a Earth-like planet around that monster of a star
Step 1- Go to this link: spaceengine.org/download/ Step 2- If you have a torrent program like micro torrent, download the bit-torrent version. If you don't have a torrent program, either download one or use one of the 5 mirrors. Step 3-Install the simulator through the installer. Be sure you meet the computer specifications and that your graphics card is updated to the latest drivers.
Just download the new version, if you want to keep your marked destinations just get them from the space engine directory. And save them to the new version.
The number 4 looks good enough for life. Water make a good shield against radiation so i would not be surprise if there is life in the deep of these oceans. Too bad this star will not last long enough for complex life forms...
