Going back to the privy Council would be a stupid move. It won't make any difference. The privy Council already squashed the conviction and sent the case back to the Supreme Court to decide a retrial or to dismiss the case. Needless to go back, the Privy Council, they can not set Vybz Kartel free

Something is wrong with this lawyer. The Privy Council already ruled and deferred to the Jamaica Appeals court so there’s no way the case can go back. Whatever the JA court verdict that’s it. The privy council washed their hands from this and refused to set him free.

Didn’t the privy council hear it and render a verdict on the juror issue already while refusing to set him free which it had the power to do?
