John Rutter for the Requiem aeternam, then throw in his Psalm 130: Out of the deep For the Kyrie, most likely Mozart A toss up for the Dies Irae between Mozart and Verdi, but I would go with Verdi. Just keep working through Rutter: Lacrimsa, Agnus Dei Mozart: Confutatis Verdi: Wow Sam Barber Agnus Dei as an alternate, hard choice The point is, there is so much good music that is written for this service. Close it off with two far more recent pieces: Led Zeppelin, Stairway to Heaven and then Iron Butterfly, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. Think of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida as Christ speaking to man, giving his love, reaching out to us all in love, bidding us to join with him for all time. The best trip ever dude and talk about the colors, like wow.
