Aww thanks so much for making the interview available on RU-vid .❤😊Have watched it on their Internet page and have tried to find it again without any luck. Great interview ❤❤
Thanks Oleg for this interview only seen part of this before never in full. So glad blackie stood his ground on headless children crimson idol and didn't listen to the record company
Always welcome Peter! Yes, that's for sure! Blackie already realized in 1988, if he gives up, then he will not have his own face, and it's great, that he insisted on his own. Ah, Blackie mentions about Headless/Crimson original demos... Dream....
This is a great interview! I love how Blackie explains WASP's history. Some stuff never knew about WASP until I saw this video. Thanks for sharing Oleg!
The artist's perception of their own art is completely different to the listener. My point being, "Inside The Electric Circus" and "Somewhere In Time" (both released in 1986) are absolute masterpieces of Metal. Both share some of the deepest cuts of music I've heard. Because of this interview, I understand why Iron Maiden skipped over "Somewhere In Time" era and went directly to the "Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son" era when they did their next "Legacy tour" after "The Final Frontier" was released.
Major respect to the metal fans of Hellas (Greece for my fellow Americans). It's not a coincidence that both Blackie and Jon Schaffer of ICED EARTH say the same thing when they play in Greece. And both men have a supreme appreciation for the contributions Greece has made to the entire planet. Hellas is the birthplace of Western Civilization. Even the USA gave its respect to Hellas when they first constructed the White House, the Supreme Court, and the Hall Of Congress. You can tell when you see Greece columns integrated into those landmarks.
@7:05. Even Black is unplugged from the political matrix we live in today regarding "financial crisis" an opportunity to take your rights and money! ;)
