Wheeling and Lake Erie SD40-2 #6991 shoves a cut of loaded stone cars up the B&O to Osborn Materials before dropping the empties just north of West Liberty Street. He then rolled down the connector track where he picked up his track orders to head west out of town with a cut of grainers. I caught him again at the Stone and Beat Rd crossing on his way to Spencer Ohio.
