A very simple but effective training method for calisthenics are W routines. We go through a workout consisting of muscle ups, pull ups and dips - but you can use this technique for any exercise!

What you guys think, which routine is better? standard pyramid or \/\/ routines? like this PYRAMID 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 = 100 pullups/dips or \/\/ 5/4/3/2/1/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/1/2/3/4/5 = 53 pullups/dips? progression is addidional weight on belt for dips and pullups. my goal is mass and strenght

What’s the rest time of each sets? Likewise what is the rest time moving from muscle ups to pull-ups?

What kind of gains are we talking about, though? Is this for muscle growth, strength, or endurance? As far as I know, you should do different types of routines depending on your goals. Also, I read that chin-ups or (underhand pull-ups) are bad for your elbow joints, can you comment on that?

Hi! May i ask you how to combinate bar tricks with basic pull ups and muscle ups in my training session? Cause when i do 360's or another dynamic movements i don't have strength in the end for basic pull ups.

ViSioN train different body parts with the same muscle groups for a solid gain workout i.e back and biceps in a work out next day traps and lattes. Next day tricep and chest or shoulders only lift what u find a little challenging then u will build a strong foundation to build stronger muscles on i hope it makes sense

At the beginning do full body routines every second or third day. Try to keep a rest day between each workout, trust me, you will make faster progress like that...

ViSioN you should train whenever you can, I would recommend 4-5 days a week to activate muscle growth, but make sure you eat... alot

When you first start out go with a full body workout. 3 times a week is a good starting point

Is having rest day important? Or can I train all 7 days without resting?

Your muscles are only growing by rest. 1-2 rest days are essential. I usually have 2 days for rest.

Calisthenics Unity Nanjing its not possible to workout every day and give 100%, but workout 3 times and give 100%

Hannibal for king trains 7 days a week. you rest when you dont workout and when you sleep. But id say 5-6days a week are fine.
