I did it in a short chain. If the top 68 isn't an 8, then it's a 6. Not-6 in R2C9, 6 in R8C9, 8 in the bottom 68 cell. Therefore, the highlighted cell can't be 8. It's 9. (Sorry if I'm spoiling it for other viewers. But at least they have to click on the comment button.)
