i woke up and started to think manual swap, i have 7mm pump so i could give a chance to 6 speed cdi gearbox, i think it is also lighter than bmw gearbox. but i dont want to turn that gearbox into rattling maraca so dual mass flywheel would be nice. found lots of data you talking about "an oem dualmass" but could you tell more exact which model your dualmass and sachs performance pressure plate was used? do you still own smoker merc or have you grown up? i´ve owned 606 st for 10years now. im getting old but driving this car im young again.
Good companion night I'm planning to put a turbo 606 om more 'm doubts in the shot was given I intend only the engine is around 200-220 hp 603 turbo pump mechanics I heard cams be not suitable enjoyed some tips if possible
Did you achieve this much hp with just an upgraded fuel pump, a big turbo and intercooler ? I want to build and swap a w124 with the om606 so im looking for some advice ;)
And for the gearbox, just an reinforced clutch pad and a better mechanism ? no other adapation what so ever ? Your build is awesome, love it! I hope i will be achieve the same result!!!
Best thing since sliced bread. Want so much. Hard to even find a W124 300D in aus, let alone a OM606 to use. then what do i do about the gearbox and Diff. I will build one one day.
If you are still thinking about it: You can buy whole turbokits from dieselpumpuk, they migth also ship a you an engine. You can use an sprinter clutch and an w211 420cdi gearbox
Die Pumpe ist rein mechanisch, nur die Ansteuerung eben Elektronisch. Schwungrad und Getriebe musst du ebenfalls einplanen. Das Standard Getriebe sagt sonst "pnong Peng". Ne, der Umbau ist nicht kompliziert, allerdings fummel kram wenn du das beim W210 machen willst.
Club86 i had a hx 40 before. It has 60mm compressor and my precision 67mm. It can push much more airmass/power. But also turbine gemometrie different, bigger .. but complete wheel is heavier. Later spool up. So "Better" depends on your engine use and what power u aiming for..
Club86 hx 40 16cm housing is good joice for around 400 hp. 3000rpm boost. Look at some old videos on my channel. I have hx 40 setup 7mm element 120cc 420hp 730nm I think..
@@HANSEBANGER77 ich hätte jetzt mit einem holset gerechnet. Würde ja auch gerne einen 606 superturbo bauen. Allerdings mit einem hx35 oder sowas. Dann mit qsv. Dann kommt er vielleicht schon bei 3000 oder so. Wann setzt bei dir der Turbo ein ?
Servus Gleichgesinnter! wie hoch drehst du den Motor über 6500 ? Wie hast du die Abgasanlage eingetragen bekommen oder gar nicht ? Sind die polüpen streng in AT ? Ich hatte das Glück dass mein Benz katlos ist, es waren Trotzdem über 1000€ für die Einzelabnahme :-( Gruß Josef.

with 603 NA? how did you modify it? I'm currently half way through the engine swap from 2.0 87kW M102 petrol engine to OM603 NA version and have some thought of putting a turbo on it. do I have to change the cylinder head? bigger radiator? the fuel pump? I'm not going for big power right off the start, around 130-150kW seems reasonable for a start.
@@HANSEBANGER77 how much was your output on wheels ? Did the transmission give trouble at any point ? Asking because I must take decision between this transmission or a Bmw gs6-37dz which is super expensive for me
Speedo is w124 500e adapt 12v to Speedo. Signal pickup from asd diff sensor. Go to Speedo healer v2 and adjust signal like you want. For example mine is 100kmh gps = 101or102 kmh on Speedo. Pretty Nice when you know how to do or isn't it :-)
the IDI Engines from mercedes especially the 4 Valve Family rev from factory high for a diesel. fore shure my modified injection pump let rev it higher than stock :)
No offense man, but you shift a little late.. You're going to blow the bottom end of that om606 shifting at redline... Not ognna be happy for long! That car is sick though. i'm in love. Nice job

Наверное поставили занижений редуктор или кпп не та, передаточные числа не соответствует стоку...не реально ложет стрелку спидометра там реальная скорость меньше так на половину.😀 Ну ом 606 хорош спору нет,валит но не так...
