Hes a professional thats done it for years. He can afford to take risks where he feels comfortable. I do. Yes it's risky but the convenience out ways the risk. That's the risk we take as professionals. Do as I say, not as I do is often practiced

A combination of accuracy in cutting out and assembly, along with a level base will give you plumb and level cabinets. He doesn’t glue them so you only need to check for plumb when fitting and they will be square. If you glue them then they are set in stone, if you don’t then there is a bit more flexibility when fitting.
